About Us

Gender stereotypes are rooted in limiting, and sometimes harmful, beliefs and attitudes about masculinity and femininity, which can inhibit the opportunities and potential that we see and create for ourselves and others. Pave the Way is challenging these stereotypes, and raising awareness of how they impact our lives, to drive positive social change.

Progress is not inevitable. We must make it happen. We can all pave the way.
